The presentation will explore the complex historical relationship between Imperial Russia and Britain during three hundred years of Romanov rule, and show how the past continues to echo today in powerful and disturbing ways.

The talk will tell the story of the ship and why it attracts so much attention, with particular focus on one passenger. Alison is Associate Priest at St Mary’s Church, where Titanic victim Austin Partner is buried.

Clandon Park

The Onslow family built Clandon Park in the 18th century to impress their fellow politicians, but much of this outstanding building was lost in the fire of 2015. Our presentation will outline the history and future plans for the building.
